What is your return policy?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your glasses, we have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for all of our eyewear. Simply return the glasses (including case and cleaning cloth) and we will refund you the original purchase price within 3 days after we recieve your package.

If you take advantage of our 3 for $99 deal, return shipping is FREE.


When will I get my order?

Single vision oders tend to ship between 5-7 business days. (Allow 3-5 days for your shipment to arrive via USPS)

Custom progressive or polarized lenses are shipped in 10-14 business days. (Allow 3-5 days for your shipment to arrive via USPS)


International Orders will take an additional 1-2 weeks to arrive. 


Can I get my glasses expedited?

If you need your glasses in a hurry, give us a call at 877-973-8764, Monday–Friday, 8a.m.–6p.m. WT, to talk about expediting your order at our labs for an extra $30.


What do I do if I’m experiencing issues with my glasses?

Sometimes it takes a few days to adjust to a new prescription or fit, but if you’re having ongoing trouble with your glasses, give us a call at877-973-8764, Monday–Friday, 8a.m.–6p.m. WT.
